Testimonials Dear Mr. Ricci,
I would like to thank you and your staff for the outstanding job that you did for my brother-in-law's funeral party. If John was still with us he would have been most pleased with the professionalism that your crew exhibited. The wait staff should be complimented for their superb job. Their attention ti detail, kindness and understanding is most rare and seldom experienced in most other establishments who attempt to provide a similar service.
The food was excellent and I would like to thank Chef James and his staff for the superb job and let him know his extra touches were not overlooked and most appreciated.
Furthermore, Joe was very helpful in our overall planning of the event. He was sympathetic and patient with all the changes we kept throwing at him.
Finally we must let you know how much we appreciated your being at the event. We feel honored that you took the time out of your busy schedule to stop by and pay your respect. John would have been the most impressed. He was one heck of a great guy. Many thanks for a job well done.

A huge thank you to James Dean and the staff at Cornucopia Banquet Hall for helping make our August 14 wedding one of the best days of our life. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the hall was and how wonderful all the food tasted. The service was exceptional and we had no worries about anything that day, We so appreciated how willing James was to work with our budget and the fact that we lived so far away. I so appreciated how much he helped my mother feel confident about everything for the reception. She was so relieved with all the help he gave her. Thank you very much for the beautiful job that was done on our wedding. Patrick and I could not have asked for anything more. Everything was set up correctly and went very smoothly. It was such a relief to not have to worry about anything on our special day.
The food was absolutely wonderful. We received so many compliments on the atmosphere and the food at the reception. Our centerpieces were beautiful and the tables were set up perfectly. The staff was also very friendly, patient and accommodating.
We cannot even begin to express our gratitude towards you and your staff. Never in my dreams would I have imagined such a beautiful reception and such a smooth process. We were so impressed with how her wedding reception went that we would have changed the date of our wedding if you hadn't had the date open! That's how much we wanted to have our reception at Cornucopia. Thank you for letting us practice our first dance on the dance floor the day before as well. You helped us from our initial meeting, over a year and a half ago, right up to now. Every moment of this glorious day was memorable!
Your staff was outstanding and highly professional. The facility was perfectly decorated. The food was so delicious and fabulous! You literally "catered" to our every need and want.
We have no problem in telling the truth about the fact that there wasn't one single complaint from any of our guests! All we received were excellent comments. Thank you for making our daughter and son-in-law's reception perfect!
